Yes Fiverr is good for some page rank to a point.You can get one or two PR7 or 6 link and a lot of PR0 to PR3.
And yes this will help some. If some is good enough for you cool. Better is PR6 PR7 and PR8 this is what puts you on the first page of Google for your keyword. How do I know I do It every day.

Ratings can be inflated on fiverr. A lot of the SEO ratings are done this way. A person gets TWO or more fiverr accounts. One account they sale their services. The money they get for their services, they buy their own service with another account and get a good rating. I know, I know, they are losing money this way but their goal is to establish their business by feeding it and once they made some initial investments for higher ratings, easier to sale their service to others.

You need to read the gigs carefully on Fiverr and look at the ratings. People who have done many gigs and have received positive feedback generally give good service. I have purchased many gigs on Fiverr. Some have been better than others, but overall I have been very pleased with what I have had done through the site.

 

I think the majority of people offer good work on fiverr including me and it get's a bit of a bad rep from different folk. I think it must be the $5 a job scenario and it's a psychological thing with the amount of money on the table. Most people are programmed to think that, if something is dear then it must be of good quality which is certainly not the case and vice versa.

Fiverr is great. Try out different kinds of links by different people. Do a few each month and you will have steady backlinks.

 

I had tried once to buy 1 high page rank link in fiverr, but had very poor experience with it. But the wierd thing was my negative comment got deleted. It was definately there. I checked several time before. How could it happen? Could the guy have ability to hack the site? or Fiverr actually support them stealthly? You could do other things in fiverr, there are really good deals there. But 100% stay away those SEO persons.
