It is really strange that it as showing those three main pages firstly; but now it dropped the two of them. I think you should resubmit them again, hope that will work.

It would better if you post your website link here and internal pages which are not include in webmaster. Because here are many webmasters to see and sort out your problem.

Well, the good new is that ages are still indexed. They are just not being crawled, probably Google is unable to discover them.
Create your Sitemap again and submit it to the webmaster tool, they will surely get crawled again.

Such things might happen to all websites, new and old and in most cases there is nothing to worry about. The fact is that Google has already cached those pages and indexed them but they sometimes disappear from normal viewing for some reasons. There is no need to manually resubmit them to your panel just make sure there are enough links from your other web pages to those sections and wait for some time.

I have just looked at your web pages and have to say that they look a bit commercial at first glance, not containing enough original materials for people as well as search engines. Try adding some contents to them because when Googlebot reaches them again, it will have enough logical reasons to index them properly. If yo have recently created them, just wait for some time as the older they get, the better they will be indexed.

I think you have to resubmit those pages which webmaster is showing not found in webmaster tools for your website.

Agree with bermuda,if your page receives traffic from google search, do not worry if it does not shows in webmaster tools.
