Selling Website about Herpes, ranking number 1, making $30-40 monthly

The website is number 1 in Bing, Yahoo and Google for 1,900 exact match and also ranks for several other KWs. Making about 2 sales per month from clickbank, has a potential to make more, but I don't want to bother with testing and tweaking, have other projects to focus on. EMD. So far this month(13th Feb), has had 1,372 visits from Google only. Main KW - herpes on tongue. Has more than 10 completely unique articles.

I think the current BIN is appropriate, the site has a lot of visitors and a lot of potential, maybe I just don't know how to monetize it properly, it currently makes 20-40 hops every day, but the hops per order number is ridiculous, maybe someone can promote a physical product or even use adsense, I honestly don't care about this website anymore (I'm now working on completely different projects), but a few months back I did put a TON of work in it, including writing every single article on it myself. As to revenue proof, I can offer CB or AWstats screenshots, but again - buy it if you plan on tweaking it and testing conversions, as it currently does not convert nearly as much as it could.

 

Can I see the revenue and analytics data? Why haven't you tried AdSense with this?
