The way make the blogspot attract readers

    The best way you can attract readers is with great content. Try to hook them emotionally in some way. Your blog design already looks pretty good in my opinion.

    One very simple suggestion- Try to write in English as i am not able to understand what you have written. Second try to provide unique contents if not possible provide in your own style
