Clear adsense policies violations !!!

Really adsense will drive me mad , they ban my account for nothing and let some sites do whatever they want with clear violations of its policies

check out these sites and tell what is your opinion

Limit yourself to follow the TOS and do not worry about others

 

Just because there are sites that are like that doesn't mean its right to follow. So if some thief got away stealing, would you do it just because of that one thief who got away?

 

I don't see anything wrong with that first site that you listed.

 

The unit in right side bar sometimes is pic. and sometimes is text so when it is text there is 4 text ads

 

Stop being a follower...

Squidoo has a Premium Adsense account...

 

Premium publishers are allowed more then 3 ads per page. They also operate on a different TOS

 

What was your fault? Why you got banned?
Tell that?

 

Squidoo is one of the big boys in the game and Google is partial towards it. You can take advantage of the same by making lenses in your niche and getting backlinks to your site. That said one has to look out for oneself in the Adsense world because you are responsible for your site in the eyes of Google. Which means make sure that you follow each and every policy as defined by Google.

2nd I didn't say that I want to do so , I am just asking how does this happen??!! what does premium adsense account mean???
3rd My accounts disabled 2 times before and today was the third time without any additions after they approved me

well you got banned for the third time, might as well quit adsense sicne its CLEARLY not meant for you. You won't be MISSED.

 

Just because their are sites like that doesn't mean you should follow it. They may have an agreement with adsense or something like that. If someone got away taking a car does that mean you would go try to take cars? stop trying to trick the system and wait out your ban, or if it is permenant then go to buysellads.com (which makes you more money than adsense), or a program like Chitika.

Squidoo is premium member, you an do that too if you are premium member

You can report them, and this kind of website will be banned

If a site breaks TOS, Google will ban the user after first manual review, which happens from time to time, usually before the first paycheck.
