Selling SEO Website With Full Resale Rights to a hot SEO product! PR2 home, PR1 Inner Pages

I have way too many projects going on, and this one has been seriously neglected for almost a year now. For a while, it was bringing in over $500 / month selling an SEO Guide I wrote called "SEO Arsenal - Tactical SEO Techniques" - you will get full master resell rights AND ownership to this with the sale. I'm sorry you are having difficulty reaching the site - we just had to migrate to a new server recently, perhaps the DNS has not updated for you yet for some reason. It is loading fine for me, and I just checked with several "down or not" sites, and they all reported the site is up and running.

 

Does the sale come with an opt-in list at all?

No it does not, but I bet you could do very well building a list by offering the SEO Guide for free, then upsell them on SEO products, software, services, etc.
