Selling SearchandListen.com - 2 Years Old [Made $350/mo!]

Hello,

I am selling SearchandListen.com. It has been a huge help in my entrepreneur world, and has gave me the extra cash to succeed. It has worked, but now I am not in need of SearchandListen anymore.
Unique domain name, has some good keywords in it. I registered the domain on Oct 31, 2010. It has been functional this entire time. It used to make me around $300-400/month, now I haven't paid much attention to it, since I have other projects I am very busy with.

I'm looking to sell this site for around $250. It is worth it, and it is a strong website that has lasted. The script itself feeds off of 4Shared music. So not technically any legal issues there (doesn't host any music on the server itself).

I will also be willing to throw in 2 months of free webhosting on my server, until you find your own webhost. Instant domain transfer to your Sibername account.

Had some DNS problems with my domain registrar, I thought they fixed it! It should work if you go to http://www.searchandlisten.com

 

What are the legal issues concerning a site like this?

 

Ive had no legal issues in the 2 years ive been running.

I don't really understand that earnings screenshot... it seems an overall and not for that site. The Analytics stats don't make sense either. Can't you just display them through DigitalPoint?

Are there any issues with having Adsense on MP3 download sites? Although the Ads on there are for Adbrite??

I'm a bit confused, mate. Although I imagine Adsense wouldn't be allowed as it's copyright material (even if not directly hosted).

What are you making from Adbrite?

 

The earnings are from SearchandListen, a few months back. When it was earning $350/mo. The analytics, are from a few months back. I don't use analytics with this new script anymore, because I've never gotten around to adding it.

There are no issues with using Adsense on my website. I switched to Adbrite because I was banned from Adsense for an idiot mass-clicking an advertisement on a different website, but linked to the same account. SearchandListen.com is no way affected, and you should have no issues adding it to your Adsense account. It is allowed, as I used them for over 1 1/2 years and no issues.

I'm currently making roughly $35-40 per month using Adbrite. I need the $100 for a new project, and need PayPal, not cheque.

 

How do you have 100 visitors per month, yet make $35-40? Is each person clicking 5 times? lol

Can you show your adbrite screenshot for the past 1 month, clearly outlining which domain it is for and each days revenue? I find it hard to believe you are earning that much from so few visitors, but if it is true I will buy...

 

100 visitors was more of an estimate, we have our times that we get lots of visitors. I'll take a screenshot, and PM you it in a few minutes.

I have no clue what you said in the first part of that sentence, but if you spent time to actually read some of the posts in this thread. Then you'd notice that I currently do not have any traffic tracking on the website.
