Wordpress Website Problem - need Solution

Hello, I have wordpress hosted website. When every i make any changes it dosent take affect instantly it always take time like 5-10 mins to show on live website.


It only Happens with 1 website .. i have other website as well which dont create such a problem. I dont understand whats going on.


At first i thought it was Theme Problem, But i have tried many themes and evrything is same


whats the prob & solutions

 

how about ur DB?may it's getting sometime to write queries database..?try to database optimization.

 

Can i take backup of my contents n stuff & - Format & Re-Install WP - will it fix ?

I am not good with technical things but what about above re-install thing ?

 

only u can re install WP..if you re install ur DB you will lost ur data.. is ur WP up-to date?

 

how do i fix my DB then ?

 

Are you running a cache plug in?

 

You should delete your cache or switch off your cache plugin if any!
