Since my account got suspended can I open a new one? (i am thinking of Facebook instead) but just in case can you? I guess you can not advertise the same domains and same credit card. But i think the Adword crew need to vice up and underspend my account.
Well, only thing you can do is make a plea via mail and hope for the best, or you can get a new credit card under a new name with a new address...not advised.
Well i know everybody is innocent but really this time i have NO idea what i did. Google should really focus on bad accounts and stop banning people in random.
Yeah my site is legit also and i never even got a ad off the ground before they suspended my account. I heard they went on a spree on bans, i hate Google...
There is a difference between being suspended and banned. Suspended means you have a variety of rule violations and by fixing them, you can get un-suspended. Banned means they don't want you ever to advertise on Google anymore, you're too much of a bad boy. Suspensions can lead to bans in some cases but Google is giving you a chance to correct the problem(s). One thing that can and most likely will get you banned is opening another account. Eventually, they'll figure out it's you. Plus, if you don't correct the original problem, you are not fixing anything. Therefore, don't do it and see where the problem is and fix it.
Permant Suspended sounds like banned to me...still not answer from them in 48 hours just the Indian call center boys sent a sorry message
Find out the problems which cause you suspended. Try to find out and fix those problems. This help you to Un-suspend your account by Google.
Hey there is a number on the adwords page, i called and was very polite so they are investigating for me and promised to email me back with a answer. I got a email today saying they are working it and hope to have my account back online soon so i recommend calling them.
Yeah but you know Google they never say in the email they always say "hum" an give you a bunch of different reasons. Like i said this ads have been going on for 1000 of USD before and each year i unpause them and this year they just shut it down.

Just got a email reply from Google and of course they could not re-instate me. Can't remember who said it buy yeah, apparently suspended means don't ever use adwords again so there is no difference in their eyes between suspended and banned. I just signed up for Adcenter and bought $300 voucher for $50 so we'll see what happens, they even helped me set it up over the phone and seen my credit so hope it converts even a little.
