Another example of media twisting/fabricating the news.

 

Okay, they were politicians in the Karnataka Assembly. Not in parliament. It's still a scandal.

Yes, it is a scandal, but facts need to be correctly published. This does expose the hypocrisy of the self styled moral guardians and the sheeps that follow them.

 

The BJP MLA & Ministers have no moral values. Now one BJP leader is defending the culprits. But I am much surprised to see how the international news sites publish the news on the name MPs, is it becuase on the lack of knowledge?

 

It's not a scandal, it is our tax money is being put into 'good' use..

I don't get it. Is porn illegal in India? Conservatives in the US are huge porn consumers and nobody makes a big deal. Is it that he was watching TV on his mobile phone in parliament? Is he affiliated with a religious organization that prohibits the viewing of pornography?

 

These need to ban permanently

 

Despite their less than noble porn break i'll bet theyve at least passed a budget. Wonder if Karnataka would trade straight up for the US Senate. If theyd pass a budget that lived inside our means instead of just raising the debt ceiling i'd buy them all subscriptions to the freakin Playboy Channel.

 

If this happened in the US, nobody would raise and eyebrow, Republican politicians in the USA watch live gay porn at the bohemian grove every year. Ask Newt Gingrich.

 

If that were true, they would only need to bash their gay lover's heads in after reaching climax to make it a Saudi Royalty style event.

 

Part of it is the hypocrisy of the politicians caught doing this.

Regardless, if it happened here, for example, in Congress, I would have a problem with it. I think many of us would. If they're not paying attention, sitting around watching porn on the tax-payer dollar. That's a problem.

I actually don't remember this, but briefly searched, and here's something that was in the news.

Not really, as far as I know India has it's own porn industry which is doing quite well..

The issue here is that these Members of Legislative Assembly were watching the clipping of a strip show, in Legislative Assembly, while the session was in progress. I don't care what they do in their leisure time, but I expect them to focus on people's problem when participating in an ongoing session in Legislative Assembly.
