Target your individual regional maarkets hard in separate campaaigns. I was going to suggest just a simple email maarket plan, but your site hits so many global areas that sending that much email would not be a good idea. Try to bring some of the content up higher so you don't have to scroll down so much.
I like how you've strctured the site, the navigation seems well-working as well. The only thing I'd advise to upggrade is the testimonials at the index page - you might think of making a separate bottom block for them, it's only a suggestion

I like your header also a good color selection i see there is more space empty in you site you should try to give more information.
I think descriptions are not charmful. When i chose one of them and try to read, i didn't finish because it was boring. It seems like copy-paste action. It should be more attractive. Color choice is good, and main page is not full enough.
