Selling HeartScreening.info - Loads of PAGE 1 RANKINGS, 984 Cached, Increasing traffic

I have HeartScreening.info for sale, a premium medical/health niche site running WordPress. Uses custom written Yahoo Answers plugin and keyword tagging system to get laser targeted content on autopilot, and tag the posts with long-tail keywords to bring in loads of traffic from the search engines.

Currently has almost 100 keywords sending traffic from Google, with 278 uniques last month and 83 already this month. It has almost 1000 pages cached in Google too, showing Google loves this type of site.

Currently the adsense placement is not great, but with a few tweaks on the traffic it has now (which is on the increase) you can make good adsense revenue, or even more with CPA and affiliate offers.

You can use the plugin on as many of your own sites you want, no problem!
Yes, its an autoblog - no need to write any content for it if you don't want to.
Promotion so far has been blog comments, some directory submissions and a little social bookmarking.
I have not been tracking this site for rev so assume none.
