I have few high SERP sites and using adsense but not satisfied. If my site gets 100-150 visitors a day, can I contact those who I think would be interested in advertising on my site? How should I contact them? Should i write them email?
100-150 visitors per day isn't exactly a ton of traffic. But if you would like to find advertisers for your site, there are many services that allow webmasters to purchase links on your site. Text-Link-Ads.com is one. And another one I've used recently is Teliad.com.I'm sure there's many more. Just search "buy text links" or "sell text links" on Google...
Depending on your niche, do research on players who are already paying for ads. Get their whois info, or contact information and send them an email explaining how your site can get some good exposure to their products. Not sure if you can add physical businesses, info businesses, or anything... so I can't really go in depth. Take Care

i believe you need more visitors.. 100- 150 visitors per day only allow you to get 4500 traffic per day . You unable to get high paid for that . People only concern your traffics and your page rank . They won't care with your SERP. So you need do more hard work to get more traffics so that you can get higher paid for the place ads that your provide.
If your traffic is laser targeted, then I believe you could start contacting advertisers ... I'm sure that someone will be interested in advertising on your website. If traffic isn't targeted, then you will need to get some more.
If your looking to make money from ads, just go the affiliate route. There are products for pretty much ANY niche and many are free. Look up the best selling and performing products in your niche. Go to there website and look around. Often you can find a little "affiliate" link that should tell you about there program. Even better, most of them are free to affiliate with and offer built in banner codes and links to get paid with. I'm not exactly sure on Google Adsense but they should definitely be ok with you posting your own affiliate ads on your site, and that should offer more ways for you to get money from the site. Also, as other bigger companies see how good your site is doing and performing with your ads and links, you will eventually be approached by THEM and that puts the control of price and such in YOUR hands.
