    hi there

i am right now with godaddy delux plan.i had not many issue with down time this month only 2 or 3 time 5 min each.
but my user report that some time when there open the page they get

    "Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
    Apache/1.3.33 Server at **** Port 80"

    i don't have a ton of traffic : about 10k uv dailly.and about 20k page view.

    what do u suggest.
1)still with godaddy and go with VPS plan.
2)move to another host (please give suggestion).

Note:i have recently switched to godaddy so please if u propose new hosting i wana something reliable for long time use.tired from hosting switch:eek:

    Thanks for input:)

i use bluehost, i think they are very good... dont think theyve been down for me in 9 months(99% uptime guaranteed), whenever ive had a problem its resolved very quickly... you can even call them 24hrs. they have good cpanel, awesome features, and forums for all that stuff. didnt know it until i was posting this but they have a refferal program so if you sign up with my link it would be greatfully appreciated.

12 months is 7.95 a month which is $95 a year which you pay in full, but since i found that link ill give $15 to anyone that signs up... $80 for a year of awesome hosting. just send me a pm if you sign up

If you are serious about downtime then I suggest HostGator www.hostgator.com they guarantee 99.9% Uptime if they failed they offer refund your full amount. Their charge is $6.95 for 3.5 GB $9.95 for 5 GB which offers unlimited Domains.

I suggest switch. I haven't heard many good things about godaddy hosting. Actually, I haven't heard many good things about their domain registration now either.

I have compiled a list of hosts that are on my cj account. They all have guaranteed uptime and generally if you don't need much hand holding from your hosts, then any will do.

I would reccomend HostGator and use the 2nd package with the coupon 'JURY' it will only cost you $0.01!

Yep.. also read DREAMHOST SUCKS before you sign up :p

Do extensive research by putting " whatever-host-recommened sucks" on google .

Its best to do some research before blindly following some1s advice.
