    DreamyBids.com is a competitive shopping service (some call it a penny auction service). This is the only site that allows you to host your own competitive shopping contests (penny auctions).

    So you could host an auction for $600 of SEO services. You get your full asking price the winner of the auctions gets it at a fraction of the cost.
