Google Adword vs Google Adsense???

I want to know something about Google Adword and Google Adsense.What is it and also what's the difference between them. And I also want to know that what is the benefit of doing Adsense and Adword.

adsense is a PPC advertising program for the publisher, publisher will get paid by google to display the adsense ads
adword is a PPC advertising program for advertiser, advertiser need to pay money to google to get visitor

Google Adwords and Google adsense always confuses for a basic level SEO/Online marketing Guy. Even i was getting confused by hearing these two words together. Here I am proving you some tips to understand the difference between these two terms. Google Adwords are always paid advertisements usually called PPC(Pay per click) here you pays for the clicks or impression of your Ads. In Order to create Google Adwords you need a Google account and Money. Inside Adwords you have to design a campaign for your ads and here charge for each keyword is based on the weightage of keywords you choose. Once you paid the Money Your Ads will display on Google SERP and in Google display networks(Sites participated with Google to display their Ads), this display of Ads are purely based on the CPC(cost per click) and Ad format. When the user clicks on your ads your money(how much you specified for each clicks) will withdrawn from the total amount which means the money you invest you can run the Ads as long as you want.

To participate in Google Adsense you need a Google Account and web site of your own. When you sign up for Google adsense Google verify your web site (they need to confirm that you are the actual owner of the web site) as well as your Local address in order to receive the Cheque. Once your ownership is verified you will get Ads to display in your network. You can choose for text ads, Image ads, Banner ads and video ads( i think recently they have removed from Adsense system). If you sign up for Google Adwords most probably the web master who sign up for Google adsense may get your ad. Google Adsense is a best source of income you can made with web site if you owns a best selling web site ( I mean if you are receiving a nice amount of hits). Ad placement is another tricky way to get more clicks from viewers end.

adwords = used for monetization the keywords
Adsense = used for PPC Compaign

 

adsense: google pay you (for each click of the ads you post on your site)

adwords: you pay google for each click

In my opinion Google AdSense will help you to earn lots of money through your site, may even help off-set the price of the domain and hosting, and obtains your searchers to be very interested in your content. Google AdWords is a totally different program. With Google AdWords, you never have to blow your budget, and you still get the results from the campaigns you make.

The main difference between Google Adword and Google Adsense is-
when it comes to Google Adword you have to pay to google in order to run your PPC compaigns or advertise on google
where as in Google Adsense you get paid by google when some user clicks on the google's ads placed on a particular website or your website.
