Contest Front page design (PSD only) - 100 USD - 72 hours.

I'm looking for a front page design for my site.
it's a corporate webpage that should be both Professional and in the same time has "Fun" in mind.

two website i liked that wish to follow the same concept are:

and
www.k.co(dot)il

The company is doing Online PR,Web development,Social Media project, Mobile (IOS&Android) projects,SEO and PPC.
the whole concept is "Brains for rent".
i've attached the original logo - you can choose to work with it or not.

the winner will be picked within 72 hours or less,

there's a chance that more then one design will be picked.

@ard the design is too packed up so it looks a bit unprofessional, check my two sample websites again, you'll see that the color scheme there is very natural..
@Yoshi i really liked the general concept but it's a bit too empty and too flat try to add some flaw and dynamics into it.
@Scott Please post your design here, i dont think it's fair playing via PM's. put on your watermark so no one will steal anything. i really liked your design.. it's close to what i had in mind but there's still some things missing.. the buttons at the top looks unrelated and the color effect (from the upper to middle to bottom) are a bit rough.. if you see the design i've sent as a sample you'll see that they did the color changing very smoothly (with color tricks and background noise)
