Adsense on my YouTube was working but is now denying me!

I have a YT account for some time and last year I was invited to Adsense. I accepted of course, thinking it might be fun to try... My most watched videos were at the time (and still) some Test Drive Unlimited 2 tutorials (on hidden car wrecks) like this one (search Crawlerz2468 - most viewed is 50k+ views) I was accepted nearly instantly and monetized my most watched videos. Not all obviously. Those videos were accepted nearly instantly and I was really really happy that something worked for a change. (I know I'm no FPSRussia and my videos won't be watched by millions, but it was still fun to try). For about a month everything wen't smoothly. Money was clicking (literally by the cent) but at least it worked.

Then something went horribly wrong. My most watched videos stopped showing ads. (At the time something on YouTube was glitching and videos with ads BEFORE (not during) were not working, so I thought this must be also a glitch and since the GREEN "$" button was now off (I didn't turn it off) I clicked it again and tried re-monetizing those videos). This time the videos spent 2-3 weeks "under review" and after that I received an email that my video was denied because I wasn't able to prove my rights as to the video's use the material. (This is complete horse$%^ of course since this video must be considered "educational" (loosely of course) and falls under fair use! I think I would've been accepted instantly if I had more subscribers and YouTube was sure of me. I still have 126 and that seems to be the magic number for me. It's like written in permanent marker. WILL NOT BUDGE.)

I was seriously PO'd and replied that email writing all the right things. I got a reply that they were overloaded with emails and that I should sit tight. More weeks passed. New videos refuse to be monetized. Same procedure across the board. I even tried monetizing a few intros/animations THAT I MADE MYSELF and that won't be accepted either! Just stuck on "under review" for weeks and then email!

    What can I do?

p.s. admin, I'm sorry, could you please move this thread to Google>AdSense ? thanks and sorry for the mixup

Try putting a disclaimer that you do not own the videos you don't own, but hell yeah you should claim ownership of the videos you do make and assert that it is unique and original content, and assert this ownership of your own creative content HARDCORE. Make sure no copyrighted music is being used. Youtube is getting so freaking stupid with their new rules regarding copyright, considering Youtube itself is the number 1 copyright infringer. If ACTA passes and ISPs get in trouble for copyright content, I hope youtube gets fined like none other. I remember trying to see a music video on a band's own site...The video was blocked by their record label...on their official page...on their own website too...It's lunacy what's going on. Post a few videos without monetization that you make yourself; try to popularize those videos virally/organically and without paid ads to get views up on things you create. These are really just ideas, Youtube is seriously making no sense. EDIT: overstep youtube's authority and talk to someone about the fact they're making money of your content and breeching their terms of service with you

I have just under 250k views in total. Those TDU2 tutorials have no music but have original sounds in them.
THEY WE MONETIZING the first month and no they aren't? that just is crazy to me.

I tried getting subscribers by giving away free intros I made in AE. Gave a couple away but later I think they unsubscribed so I'm back to where I started. I really don't know how to get a ton of people to subscribe to me. I mean I'm not a vlogger.

can you help with subs? my nik is crawlerz2468 on youtube. give me tips maybe?

I think youtube is letting some people get away with more just because they have a lot of subscriptions, and thus views. like machinima. it's just gameplay commentaries and they're monetizing!
