I am selling my site www.imp4movies.com

    Overview:

iMP4Movies has a custom wordpress theme that is fully custom designed and coded. The site ranks #1 - #3 in google for terms like:
    - mp4 movies
    - free mp4 movies
    - download mp4movies

The site runs on fully autopilot, I haven't updated it in quite a while but it still remains on the top of the SE's and still continues to make a lot of money.

    Traffic:

    The site gets 8000-10000 UV's a day.

Here are some screenshots from AWstats:

    Google analytics:
    All time: http://gyazo.com/9974ae97560250ac46f...png?1327318391
    Last month: http://gyazo.com/c5944fa289b21574ca2...png?1327318445
    This month: http://gyazo.com/ffe3f4cfd72b8350656...png?1327318486

    Revenue:

When I first bought the site, it was making roughly $200 a day from paypal subscriptions. However, PayPal soon said that I had to remove PayPal from the site. However this method could be brought back again by using a merchant account like Plimus.

Currently the site is making $1000+ a month via a CPA Gateway. I use AdWorkMedia, the reason for lower earnings in some months is because I tried was trying out other networks.

I also used Plimus and promoted another movie site, which I would make commission on. However that movie site stopped a few months ago and I haven't really had the time to find a replacement. Plimus would add a few hundred to an extra thousand a month in revenue:

The site also makes a little bit every month from Graboid. Here's my lifetime graboid earnings:

Here are the up to date payments ( including Jan's payment )

If you would like any other stats, please let me know.

    Expenses:

Currently the site is hosted on a VPS that costs $50 a month. That vps can be given to the new owner.
Apart from that, there is only the domain renewal fee. Which is 10 euros a year. However the domain is reg'd till 2013-04-25

    Reason for selling:

I have some debts to pay regarding my university fees and need to get them paid asap.

    Payment Method:

I would like to use escrow for the payment, however PayPal MAY be an option.

    Reason for BIN Price:

$1000/mo avg revenue x 10 months = $10,000 + $2000 for goodwill. Which consists of custom designed/coded theme and SE rankings.
Also the potential for higher revenue from adding another affiliate program and the fact that in Jan $1200 ( closer to $1300 ) was made )

    Few Questions:

From where do you pull the content?
Are you actually offering downloads? (hasn't this been a problem with your hosts?)
and, from your post, I understood that you were selling a subscription service.. subscription to what? and for how much?

    Hi,

Here are the answers to your questions.

    - Content is manually added. However I haven't added any posts since November and the site has still made $1000+ a month. When I did add content, I obtained it from some googling.
    - I do not host any files, I only link to them. The site is DMCA compliant, if I get a request to remove a movie. Then I will ( however I have not had any yet ). This means the site is legal.
    - The subscription service was a subscribtion to the site, in order to get access to the download links. You would have to pay. I had it setup so that the first week was 99c and then it was $50/year

    Thanks

I've had quite a few people offer me BIN bids of around $3k - $5k. Please note that I will not sell at that price, I am looking for around $10k for this site which is a more then fair value.

I've noticed numerous videos on your site are deleted..

For example Friends With Benefits ( http://imp4movies.com/2011/11/08/friends-with-benefits-2011/ )

The download file link (if you completed the surveys (or if you right-clicked and seen the "Download Link" for FileServe)) gives this:

Yep, the movies were hosted in sites like FileSonic and Fileserve which went down a few weeks ago. However the site is still generating revenue and has barely been affected by it. I haven't really been bothered to update any links and yet the site is still going just fine.

I'll have to retract my bid then... IMO It's going to be too much of a hassle to update every page / movie with updated content, regardless if they complete a offer or not..

AdWorkMedia are perfectly fine with my site, I have been with them for months and have had no problems with them.

I was promoting this affiliate program:http://themoviehome.com/affiliates.html it went down for a while but now it looks to be back up/
