Hi, all i am looking is advice from your experience , recommendations and help because it still hurts me whenever i think about it.... First of Hope your are all alright guys... I am going to tell you a bit of my history and you will have better understanding . i will appreciated help from you pls.. Two month ago i discovered the world of IM through some guys that i knew a little bit..So i did my own research and then i decided to get into it and try to make that as a living... So i applied for adsence account and i got it and started to buy sites and put on it.. My plan was buy 3 or 4 sites and then put on it so that to generate some income and then try to learn how to create those site by myself.. What happened is i bought two sites around $1000 both and the sites was supposed to make $110 both.so one week later i saw that they were making some money as the seller said. so were really excited..and i believed in this business.. So i said oki i am going to double the income instead of $110 if i buy another one make around $200 so i would make $300 a month. So i went to flippa and bought one site $1500 and the site was supposed to make $400 a month said the seller.. So i bought it and then 3 days later i didnt see anything so i went on skype with the guy and tell him whats going on.. i didnt see nothing yet what up?? he said no there is a mistake and so one.... bcauz i said to him i will contact paypal to get back my money , he said wait dont do that it is a mistake and so one you will see toom.. So the day after the site made $40 the day after that it made $45 n the day after that made $40 again,, so i trusted him i was so excited it was like my deam were become true..And the 5th day i went online and SEE THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS DISABLED .. I was driving crazy.. i didnt understand nothing.. at allllllllllll so i contacted one friend and talk to him show him the site and stuff he said to me it is garbage and not woth $100.. He explain me that guy bought traffic and so one..All this stuff i didnt know that ..and the guy no news from him.. when i did research from the email he gave me.. i saw many people complained about him that he is a scammer and so one..So over all i loose all my investment man up to $ 3000 all together.. I wrote them a letter and i've tried to explain them what happened( i have some proof and stuff) but they didnt understand.... So was a little bit sad going crazy at the beginning but few days later i said i am not going to give up.... i know it is hard but i will keep believe on it.. So what i did was i applied another adsence account they accepted and then i put one site from my old account and then 3 days later the account was disabled again... So they said to me u put the old site thats way.. so my second mistake,, I AM REALLY LEARNING IN THE HARD WAY... Why i am doing that is one guy scammed me and destroyed all my business and investment i got banned and i didnt do anything all from another guys fault ( and maybe a bit from me too cauz i didnt know how it works was and still am a newbie).. whenever i think of it it hurts me .... So why i am telling all this is from your experience i need your help please.... I am thinking to apply soon again but wanna be really really careful and i wanna have advices from you guys maybe there are out there some guys that had the same experience that can help .. What precautions to take if i wanna apply a new one? (Can i use my real name and change address? or should i used a friends name?). is it worth applying again (dont wanna waste my time for being disabled again? I will finish off by saying thank you for all of you guys...
when I stated this business I didn't have money to invest. so I did freelancer jobs which paid me about $10 per day. then I bought a webhost and a domain and made a website on my own. it failed. I did this way 22 sites and all earned me nothing. my parents told me I am wasting my time not finding a job blah blah... but from all those 22 sites I leaned many things. then after two years BOOM.. my 23rd site got in to google first page within 4 months.. now I am earning what my friend earn for a month from a week. so my answer to your question is what ever you do DO NOT GIVE UP. it's like accepting the defeat.
wait for 5-6 month before applying and use different email id and address .... and place ads on your website only which you have created ... this kind of thing happen and every mistake help to learn new thing ... so dont get dishearten ..
Obviously its greed that got you, would you sell a site for $1000 if it makes $110 a month? Or $1500 when it makes $400 a month? If its too good to be true then it probably is. Tough luck.
Thanks guys for your advices... it gives me more strength to pursue... Wont give up. will wait as you said then try to reapply again.. I do appreciate the fact you take your time reading my thread and answered it..
This is where a quick earn method fails. I know how you might be feeling right this moment. But dude, before investing such amounts without knowing the one in detail, this actually was about to happen. To earn a passive income, you must have to work hard and smart not work too smart that you will fail. I totally agree in what PM and mvch mentioned above. When i had also started my online business, i had no proper amount to invest. I learned, learned and again learned and accumulate the knowledge and still learning ,how to, on internet marketing strategies. The process is never ending. So, my advice learn, learn and learn then research then act and have patience. You will not be going to get rich quickly without proper knowledge and actions!!! best of luck
I don't think it's just greed. I think you're too new to this to see the pit falls. You didn't investigate the traffic sources properly before buying. It's unlikely you'll get your account back. Just keep learning and re-apply again in a couple weeks time. This time, make sure you don't repeat the same mistake.
Gjivan thanks for your advices , i will keep learning and learning and learning and go slowly.. What i took away from this experience is DO NOT SKIP STEPS.. Bimmer you are totally right i even didnt know that you can buy a traffic... So i so the screenshots and i visited the site was really good looking so i daid yeah this one is great... and i went for it. But now when i see the site i said how did i buy this BS .. no content it is an autoblog site and i really see my mistakes.. Thats way i did a small break to be able to jump back slowly and surely...
Well Brother $3,000 is a huge investment. I read your post thoroughly and it was quite saddening. Really it was. The thought of waking up to seeing your account banned and all that - Pretty much like a nightmare. There are several rules to the Internet Marketing game. 1. Dont put all your eggs in one basket: Never ever depend on one money making source. It's a very competitive industry and i have seen some people losing their Adsense account because of others. Just to side track off the discussion here, sometimes Google Adsense accounts get banned for many reasons. Let's say, if your website is generating traffic. But you will have to monitor your site for traffic sources. Sometimes, for some reason the traffic starts rolling in from suspicious sources. In this case, you're going to have to IP Block the website that's sending the traffic. But this is another story. You said that you didnt do anything and you never made mistakes. Your intentions were good my brother, but you need to learn A LOT. You are already throwing in money. Chances are that you will start buying Affiliate Makrketing programs that dont work, push button money making products and anything which promises to make money over the course of few days/ week. IM is a very tough field. During the starting phases, you're going to have to just learn things. Spend 8 - 9 months reading stuff and talking to people about it. 2. Learn to Overcome There are no guarantees in online business. One day things are going smooth, the other day they're gone. I did lose money but i was lucky enough to learn quickly and made hay while the sun was shining. You are your own maker in this business. Watch tutorial videos,go through free stuff. listen to what gurus say and apply their techniques. 3. What Am I Afraid Of? Develop a habit asking yourself, "What am i afraid of?" It's a good question, trust me cos it helps a lot. There are no good or bad ideas on the internet. Innovation sometimes starts as a mistake. You did go through a rough patch, but we might be looking at the next big future millionaire. So, whenever you are about to start a project, assess your risks and never hesitate to give it a shot. 4. It's Great to Receive Help: I received help whenever possible. It's great to be a giver but it's also awesome to receive help. As of this moment, i took a few minutes off, with the sole intention of help you here. If you have friends in the online world, ask them for help concerning your business. Listen to what they have to say and take notes whenever possible. 5. Act Now - Act Fast: I dont know about others but Google and Search Engines are changing very quickly. It is 2012 and probably by the next few years, IM will not be as much profitable. What i really think will do well, is Brand marketing strategy. Brand could be anything, Your own website, which was launched a few years/ months back, a product, or a service. Already, there's a gazillion number of websites which are promoting affiliate products. Already, there are tons of websites that are generating revenue through advertisement. But how long is this strategy going to prevail? What if this so called 'Internet Gold Rush' comes to an end? Thats a very scary thought. If possible, invest in an offline business as well. Who knows what's going to happen in the online world. In the end, i had to cut short because i was getting a little late on my schedule. I hope you can get over it. It will be difficult to make a case for adsense, the problem is that they must have a lot of work and probably not enough human resources despite google having big money.. That's what I have witnessed, on my account dating back from 2003, they still have disabled ads on one of my site for false reasons (I have written about it, I'm not joking or bending the truth on this one) and after 2 appeals, the one answer was ridiculous, short and off topic, after that they stopped replying, so I didn't pursue more, but since this site was making me money I still keep it in my mind, I will re-appeal one more time and if after one week still no answer I will contact them in other ways. I will not let it go so easily when really it was an error from their part. Now at other times they have disabled ads on my sites for valid reasons and I have corrected the problem and appealed with success, so it's not all bad, but still I understand it can happen that when you make your appeal you receive very poor reply and no understanding at all. One thing not many are saying here, is that in their rules you can only apply for one account and when it's banned you're supposed to never be able to apply again under same name and address. They accept you, but catch it before first payment and ban again for the only reason that you were banned previously. Still if you succeed to get an account in your name, you will not be the first one, but probably not in the following months. Maybe you could take this opportunity by exploring other ways to make money, adsense is not the only one by far, but as a non webmaster I think you should learn how to make and manage your own site first, because buying sites and knowing nothing about maintenance and how to fix problems (because there will be problems) means you will always be dependent on others for the technical side and that is not good at all, too easy to get betreayed. They do understand mate, so now do you? Obviously you know your mistakes and so do they, then just move on, but applying under the same name and address is not advisable as comment #11 pointed out. But still you can make money with adsense, use your relatives (bros, sis, parents, etc) data to apply for an account. The funny thing about adsense is that when we're banned for any reason (be it you know why or not), we almost got no chance to stand our case, it's so hard even just to get their attention, better to get over it and move on, apply for a totally new account or find something else to make money with.
HI, Google is really huge. It is better if you start doing as a free lancer. Till the time you get better experience, then you can make a lot of money from what you expect. Now i earn $ 15-20 per day. Thank You
Hi guys I can't thank you enough for your advices and ideas. It honestly makes me strong and more strong... Now i know whatever i do i won't go faster and won't skip steps.. And before taking any big decisions I will ask some advice toward trusted guys.. From all your posts i 've learnt from each of you guys and still learning.. and thanks for that..... As i said i wanted to open a new account and very soon but i really don't know if i should take my friends name or my name again (i already have a new address) ?? If i were with my family I would do it under my bro or sister but they are abroad (we are not in the same country) so for now cant use their name... But i have a friend (he even can be my dad) and doesn't know nothing if i say nothing even open an account .i help him about all the internet stuff . I really want something safe .. I dont wanna have the account and get disabled 1 month later...So i was thinking under his name or my name again.. What do you guys think about it?? Thanks again in advance...
Under his name or your name again? I think I have answered that already. Yours is blacklisted for the time being. His name, you have some chances of it not being banned for having been found to be related to another account previously banned. But since you're going to put it back on the exact same sites as before, there's not much chances.. But if you never try..
