Is this just a hobby or is it something you do to generate most of your income? Right now its more of a hobby for me cause I'm learning as I go. I would eventually like to turn my hobby into a way to make a little bit of extra income though.
This is and has always been my job. I've been a number of companies around the things I do online. I'm sure there are a ton of people who consider this just a hobby but I feel that you can't really do as well if you don't take this kind of work serious. Best of luck!
It's been a job and a real benefit during these winter months that my usual work does not have any available. I'm very grateful. What part of ecommerce would you want to get into OP?
If you treat IM as a hobby then you will only make hobby money. To make a real income you need to treat it as a real business. Having said that if you don't need the money and can start out with it as a hobby that's a good way to get started, much better than the people who have no experience but need to "make money today!" Building sites about your interests - regardless of their income potential, is a great way to learn.
i am interested in building websites and selling them. I am just starting a couple now. I also have a few domains that I would like to sell
I think i would rather build and sell them than try to monetize them, but not sure if that's the right way to go about it.
Been self employed for awhile now. Trying to move into the virtual world, so I can make money anywhere, anytime. I'm sure that is everyone's goal.
The more you can think of this as your hobby the better you'll do. When it becomes a business, that's when you start making more decisions out of emotion which really changes everything.
Right now I would not call it a hobby even thou online business in bringing not the major part of my full income. But still earnings are pretty decent
