Where did you place the imgaes? too close to the ads? We need more details to know why you were banned.

poor mate ! This is impossible to get it back , but you can only file a invalid activity appeal to google adsense might be you can get your account back but chances are as less as .01 %
I'm sorry to tell you that you will never get that account back and of course no money. Google don't offer a second chance once you made a mistake, especialy for "copyright". If you will mail them again , you will recive just another automated message, so don't waste your time... make another account! Also please provide more information to help you make the site legit so the nex account will be safe.

Hi ,My blog was hacked just before the day on which my adsense account disabled ,is hacker add any thing copyrighted on my blog ???I am not sure ...
As for a i am concerned, i have even banned many times, but there is no second option to re activate, you just need to make a new account, all banned accounts are for ever.
Can we apply for same domain for a new adsense account i serve ads on this domain from earlier disabled adsense account ..
First of all remove all the images which might be copyrighted, and then place ad codes, the other thing is place a stat counter or any geographical counter to your site so that everybody can see your site stats, what is your traffic source, who are the most recent visitors of your site? how old your adsense account was? did you apply your account through this site? Did you get new adsense account approved by similar name? from where did you get your account approved? These are few things you must know,
If you got your account approved by similar name then that account will get banned after some days? you need account on your brother, sister or other relative's name. to get legal status in view of Google Adsense. Otherwise Adsense will ban you and your ip in their system and whenever you or your friend will place ads code into this site will get banned. I think you will understand.
There is no possibility getting back your Adsense account. Now you should apply for Adsense account using New Domain which contain Unique Content. Also, you should use new E-mail, new address.
