you can check the live site status update of paypal and their system in the developer platform of www.x.com go to paypal logo in the lower part and you are in the developer section. here you can search for live site status. it seems that they had a system update at 26.jan www.x.com/developers/community/blogs/paypalcarolyn/system-status-updates As they have planned updates this will be shown in advance, so you know when is better not to withdraw money as a delay is to be expected. for me it works fine and the money arrives latest after two days

damn, I am puzzled whether to withdraw now or not, last time I withdrew as I watched INR becoming stronger, the very next day INR turned up weaker until a week, now again when I want to withdraw USD picked up yesterday after being down for almost an week.
