PR vs Page position in returns ?

Hi SEO guru's, I have a new page since 2-3 weeks it now has PR0, since yesterday according to SEO quake.
Does this mean it is now indexed? (because it has a PR0)

I cannot see a listing yet in results, it has a few back links and my home page has high
page position, i.e. good authority. All other new pages I created on the site rank well normally after basic SEO
for a key word, this new page has a keyword which has not so high competition so I wonder when the page will
    get listed roughly.

Interestingly when I use "Backlink watch" it says no links built for this page... despite there being 11 made.

    Any insight useful.

    Thanks

    Good info thank you.

Yes it seems indexed, for what reason may it not be listed currently in search results ?

Maybe just takes a little time.

Give it time to propogate. In the meantime you could add more content and start building links to increase PR/Traffic

You need more links to your site. The more links you have the higher in the SERPs your site will go.

You site won't begin to rise in the search results until you build build backlinks.
