    Hello all,

    I had made this really tough decision to sell one of my best performing community. This community is in the Korea-entertainment industry with visitors from majoring from United states, indonesia, philipines and 20+ countries. A considerable amount of traffic is from search engines which provide consistent traffic to the community. This community is a microblogging-style community like twitter. Its also ranked for competitive keyword (page 2) that has 600k exact searches monthly

    The community is not monetized as i am not a big fan of monetization for fan communities. (It's a hobby that gotten too big for me to handle) However, with the amount of traffic the site generated, it's should be generating income.

    I made this tough decision to sell this community because it is getting bigger and bigger than my VPS can handled. Didn't really want to upgrade to a dedicated server as it add more expenses on my side.

    What is the url? It's kind of hard to buy a community then monetize it, I've seen that end very badly for the buyer. You'll probably get a better sell price if you monetize it yourself and sit on it for a few months, then try to sell with a solid background of revenues for a few months to show buyers.

    Thanks for feedback. I sent you a pm. I wouldn't let it sit on my server for long as the community is getting bigger day by day, putting load on it. I have some important websites on that same server that's why i decided letting go will be better.
