err, my bad, I'm speaking of the services Mailbox Etc. and related companies provide. I wasn't aware that P.O. boxes were not allowed. With Mailboxes Etc. like services you can get a private mailing address that is delived to their store.

They do. Google has the kind of big-brother info that makes it highly unlikely that you will be able to trick them. The advice to just change your business tactics and reapply with a big mea culpa in a year or so seems best to me.

If you change all the above it wont be long until you get caught again. But if you change all that above and use adsense on a new site then you wont get caught.

Yes. You can. Don't use your older IP address though & clear cookies before signing up again. These links should be helpful:

    http://www.usa2me.com

& http://www.apelles.com for US business incorporation

If you're applying as a US entity, use a US IP address while doing so.

Setting up a legal entity (LLC, corporation) doesn't make you invisible. BUT the advantage is that it does set up a few more barriers to someone finding out who you are.

But I just don't see Google or any big multi-national company actively pursuing something like this. It's regressive. It takes manpower. It doesn't bring in revenue. Maybe in the most egregious cases, which this is not.

I think that google deletes accounts to be to jerks sometimes. My account was banned a few years ago. And i have a new one now with no problems. I guess as long as you are keeping your clicks vaild there will be no problems. You dont have to change your ip adress just the domain that you use the adsense on. You will have 0 problems :) i know from experience.

Yes but you will likely be banned again as i was with them. I tried a second account and as soon as i contacted them they somehow realized i had a previous account and closed me down

don't even bother to register for a new account with different info. I've tried that. Registered account with totally different name, address and everything even used a different system on different location on Oct 10, 2005. And on Aug 29, 2006 received the following email from google. I didn't use the account to publish any ads.

They banned the account after 11 months.

Just set up a corporation...to incorporation fees wary from $100-$1000. Internet is a standard. Even Phd guys can't do things above that are limited by internet protocol. Don't worry about being banned. Setup an account under corporation and change your settings and cover your tracks.

BE SURE TO CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT HOST!

They can easly track it. Also when i registered for my domain. I used fake name as well. In case they wanted to try and put 2 and 2 together on that. Google is not as smart as you think. If they were so smart then they would be ranked #1.

    But there ranked #3.

Google will be ranked #1 very soon. If you put Google with Youtube which they own, they are #1.

Also Yahoo and MSN are not trading for over $500 a share....

Once banned banned for a lifetime.

I think they will catch you again and ban you again. So it would be better if you start using some other ads system.

Listen, you can open a new account in the name of your great-grandmother that lives in Papua New Guinea  It doesn't matter but that's the WRONG thing to do, not to mention Goggle WILL find out. If you are innocent as you claim to be, then go through the proper channels and appeal your account.
