Killing apostates of islam is a terrorist act and not a relgious affair. It would mean to kill many of my friends for the purpose of the quran being fullfilled literally and when you read a little bit back you'll see his stance on that and how he's supporting and defending it.

In many countries in the West, I don't know in America though, he will be put to trial.
I hope that he will step his feet out of this country or even have the Malaysian authorities prosecuting him to show that they are really moderate.

Last time I checked, I am not a Shia. Buy glasses,

Actually I have that ridiculous travesty of a book by Robert Spencer months ago in e-book format. It was a bore. Nothing new at all.

Actually the "goading and baiting" part fits you more than it does me. At least I try to give some idea of things from the Islamic perspective. You only seek to pick a fight.

Now you have problems with Israeli Watch? It does exactly what it says. For all your preaching of "freedom of speech", you sure know how to find fault with my right to freedom of expression, hypocrite. If you have something against the blog, say it! Argue against it if you will, but there no need to hide behind your pretentious labels.

Yeah and I should sue you for libel. Accusing others of being a terrorist without any evidence is a very serious crime, but I guess in this crazy post 9/11 era, any Muslim is a "terrorist" to you.

I don't know if I would characterize him as a terrorist, but then I haven't read the sites Arnie refers to (and don't intend to as Menj has proven his character in so many other ways to me). I do know he has yet to condemn the actions of the Taliban, and terrorists, without equivocating or otherwise playing facile games.

His views on women, for one thing - by referring to them as "byotches;" by ascribing their responses to his views as generated by "PMS," "Menopause" or other things, an insult that denies their native intelligence and right to respectful consideration; by refusing to condemn their torture and murder under the Taliban - are quite clear. Please see:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=156149

as a starting point, for some of the unfortunate history.

    Best regards,

    Paul

Well let me kindly spell it out for you again:

IN ISLAM, APOSTASY IS A CAPITAL CRIME PUNISHABLE ONLY BY DEATH PENALTY. NOBODY AND NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE THAT, NOT EVEN YOUR WARPED WESTERN JUDEO-CHRISTIAN VALUES. THIS IS SIMPLY SHARIA, IT HAS NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH TERRORISTS OR TERRORISM.

    Happy now?

I don't consider you a representative of Islam.

I don't preach freedom of speech - I am all for banning hate speech.

And name calling won't get you far on this forum.

While traditionally viewed as a shia doctrine historically, it's practiced and taught by sunnis as well. I could easily source it, and you know it as well, but then we saw clearly how you dismissed every source to hamas breaking it's hudna with Israel. Do I smell forthcoming denial?

I learned lots of new things. But I'm sure they were not new to you ;)

I never considered your "opinions" to be worth anything. Tough.

It would be interesting to point out where exactly does Israeli Watch preaches "hate speech" As for where name-callings are concerned, I have seen you guilty of that so many times, I don't have enough fingers to count. So its pot calling the kettle black.

First you say that it is Shia doctrine (well and good, you admitted that you were wrong about me) but then made an about-turn and said that "its practiced and taught by Sunnis as well". Make up your mind, which is which? Sunnis and Shias are mutually exclusive!

And this was dealt with here. Do I see a pattern emerging?

Robert Spencer's book is easily refuted if one has the means -- or the time -- to waste with the trash. A luxury that I unfortunately do not possess at the moment.
