How do I attach a Payoneer card to paypal account?

I had a question: I want to know how to attach my card to my paypal and Payoneer the costs involved!
What are the steps that have to do?

For the exact steps you'd need to contact PayPal, or perhaps another user can share their experience, however in general you should see an option to add a debit/credit card to your account. The Payoneer card is a prepaid debit MasterCard, so just make sure your card is activated and pre-loaded with funds before you add it or PayPal's test charge won't go through.

I have attached my card to my Payoneer Payoneer PayPal but I have to send that last banking operation in which 4-digit code that you need to add it to paypal Payoneer card activation. Anyone know how long received the 4-digit code?

If you login to your Payoneer account and select to view your transactions, it should be in the description line for the transaction: https://myaccount.payoneer.com/Login/Login.aspx

You need to login to your Payoneer acount, via: https://myaccount.payoneer.com/Login/Login.aspx

On your transaction list, you will see a transaction with the description PP*XXXXCODE, where the XXXX is the 4-digit number you need to confirm to PayPal.

Go to https://myaccount.payoneer.com/Login/Login.aspx and login to your Payoneer account using your username/password.

Under the "Account Information" menu (top-left) select "View Transactions"

You will be able to see the transaction listed there. I've checked your account and can confirm that it is listed.

That is the default page, which shows your load history.

If you look at the menu, you will see an option labeled "Account Information." This is a drop-down menu, and one of the options is "View Transactions."

This list will show you all transactions for your account (credits/debits)
