I need a clarification regarding keyword repetition in title tag The question is how many times a keyword should repeat in the title tag, for example my keyword is Second hand Car for sales and I target this single keyword for a page. <title> Second hand Car for sales – Website Name</title> Is it enough or I need to repeat the keywords another time?
Don't do keyword stuffing in title tag. You can only stuff 60-70 character (with space & commas) in title tag. Put other relevant keywords in meta keyword tag.
Don't Repeat Keyword in Title Tag and Don' t Use a Title For The whole website, you can Make Title 63 to 66 Characters.
The less specifying of words in the title, the greater their weight. So the best heading for you will be "Second hand Car for sales", without "Website Name"
Title tags give an abrupt view to the bits about your site, you just to be as normal as for any person to understand that thing. There is no nee to add more than one keywords in the title tags.
It's best to limit your keywords in the title tag. Google only shows 70 characters of it in the search results with which you need to create a short, accurate and enticing headline to attract people to your site. It needs to be natural to read. Placing your main keyword at the beginning of the title tag has the most benefits.
as per my veiw d keyword repetition in tittle doesn't make a large difference upto a limit.but more usuage results into spamming.
Only one time is enough, but with this same keywords you optimize in keywords & description tag also. it will help to improve your SERP position. go ahead .
Hi, The main keyword will be use one time in title and use the alternate keyword or keyphrase in the title if your title keyword not cross the 60-70 character with spaces. This may be good option for Second hand cars for sales, (used cabs for sales or used cars for sales) as the alternate keywords in title. The title keywords must be use with the description within 150 character including spaces. It will be benefited on your websites if you use the main keywords from the starting or first Sentence. Be careful that the main keywords will not be stuffing much. This may penalize to your websites. Thanks
This keyword which you have discussed is more than sufficient for the Meta tag, If you try and do keyword stuffing it might harm your site. 60-70 character are always more than sufficient.
Your defined title tag is fine. There are a few things which you need to keep in mind while creating the title tags of your website or sub pages. Try to avoid repetition of your keywords in the title tags. 1.Create your title tag within 60 characters, not more then that. 2.Try to use your keyword just one time in it.
If your website name is related to your keywords then dont add website name also in title. According to guidelines try to make short and effective title like "Second Hand Car for Sales". If possible try to avoid stop words like and, or etc.. I saw many times that webmasters are using comma (,) or pipe sign (|) in title and repeat same keywords again like "Second Hand Car for Sale | Used Car for Sale" but this is also not good SEO practice. You can target other keywords in meta description and body contents also. Search engines know very well after read contents that which keywords are suitable for rank your website, So try to optimize on page according to your keywords without keywords stuffing.
