I don't use any. In fact, I don't think I've even looked at the Windows registry for a couple of years. I image my system drive nearly every time I install something and store the images on another drive. If my system starts acting weird, I just select whatever image I want and turn back the clock.
I use CCleaner once in a while Register gets dirty just by installing and uninstalling software... its normal maintenance !
No, it's a band-aid. Cleaning your registry is like trying to get termites out of your house.
