I'm writing article for someone. They want to pay me after I deliver them the articles. How to proceed? I definitely want to get paid and be on safe side. They want the same. This is my first time. How to proceed?
First of all tell them from what country you are and after that ask for the hole amount because if you do not deliver the articles they can ask for a refund but you can't ask for your articles back.
Generally if I'm working with someone with no itrader, I request the work first. If the person you are working with does not have itrader, how about meeting in the middle 50% before you send them the content. I've done this a few times as well.
Ask them for 50% payment now and 50% after the article delivered.This will build good relations for future opportunities.
