    First no script i did programming of whole site and design + programming is unique. contents are not.
    Not sure about BIN as new in site business. i expect more than 1500$. as i uploaded each content manually and it was a big data entry.
    $70 /m earnings are decreased coz site keep down on my hosting, still this month earnings are below.

    Thanks Lukey. i think its not about only how much site is making. we should also look the design and quality and quantity of the contents. site is not making good money coz i donot give it attention otherwise its ready to earn.

    minimum price is $500 but i will b happy to sell it above this price.
