Yes, David Koresh uses and twisted the scripture to preach his brand of Religion. Don't you think that the muslim terrorists twisted the essence of Islam to preach violence to ? My point being that religion is a powerful tool and the bible or the koran or any Holy Book can be misinterpreted, twisted for favor something. I am from Singapore and although I am Chinese, a huge portion of the society are Muslim. Singapore is close to Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia where Muslims makes up the majority of the population. I visit both countries regularly and I have been people of all races and religions working side by side. I do not feel unsafe walking the streets surrounded by Muslims. I was in Brunei and they have the friendliest people around and I have not seen any violence in there with any non-muslims. You have to live amongst the Muslims to understand them. And yes, adultery and disobedience to the father are punishable by death in the Bible, therefore Christians are murderers. I am not a muslim but i think anybody that thinks islam is about KILLING is completely wrong. The ratical muslim's/groups are the ones murdering/killing not the millions of peacful muslims. Look for the definition of apostasy. The Koran orders execution for apostates, not for all non-Muslims. Non-Muslims should be converted, preferably by peaceful means. And no, I'm not one of "them", but neither am I one of "you".
