It doesn't matter. In this case, your file can be 0,0001B and you'll get paid the same amount as for a 20Mb file.

 

So your site is pretty much the same as Sharecash right.
What does your site offer that sharecash doesn't? You should offer something unique in order to compete with all the other sites out there just like yours.
