    Hey Guys.

I outsourced a Web Development Project to a big Company based on delhi and they gave me a timeframe of 6 Weeks. But they never finished the project. They did like 10 Percent of the work and claims that they completed the project. They are not refunding 750 USD that I paid them. Please help me. What lawsuits I can file against them to sue in breach of contract. I have official contract papers and everything. PLEASE HELP

    Regards,
    Rahul

maybe you could get the local authority there and start to sort things out by saying to the company, that you are going to involve the law? don't know if this could be done internationally, but i think the country should facilitate this kind of problems, after all the face of a country reflected by their citizens behavior i guess..
hope you got it all sorted out

First, learn a lesson from this to not pay a big amount upfront before the final deliverable is made.
Second, did you sign a contract with them for this project stating the requirements and terms and conditions? If not, then I suppose there is nothing much you can do about it.
