    you need to get that coded first, because hard to find buyers for PSD versions.

    Once you get into xHTML version, you may many of them.

    there are many, google "website template marketplaces", will yield you a great number of results.

    It is nice if you will going to promote in your own website. This makes your business more credibly and clients can easily see your works or portfolio.

    You can go with templatemonster or themeforest.
    Considering that you may pay some fees when you sell a template via them, I also recommend to do your own site where to place templates you make.
