What are the benefits of "Do follow"?

    Do follow is nothing but give and take. If you give a link you must take their link in that case there is very less chances to delete you link from their site. So, do follow links are better. But I never did it.

    Do-follow links to your blog from other blogs and blog directories, the more your website becomes popular and stands a good chance to get a higher Page Rank from Google. If a blog has page rank 6 and t has your blog’s link which is a do-follow link then your website is getting a piece of his Page Rank Cake too! Helps in driving more traffic to your blog from Search Engines because these links are visible to Search Engines

    So far I know do-follow means google will follow those site. Then main benefit of do-follow site is they get indexed earlier.

    first benefit is that your site will index quickly.
    second is that more chances of traffic.
    third , more traffic then high rank in SERP.

    Dofollow means that the site allows search engines to continue crawling along the links to reach the linked pages. That means a lot more benefits for your page than no-follow links. The biggest benefit is that dofollow links help your page to get more ranking along time. That is why I allways look for do-follow pages for building backlinks to my site, but sometimes I found out that sites where I have made some post result being no-follow. Anyone of you guys know if those no-follow links help me to get indexed higher into SERPS?

    Do Follow puts No Restrictions on the Search Engine Robots from following links on your page, either to other internal pages on your site, or to other web sites.

    It gives away the juice on your site - and it inspires many fools to pursue "Do-Follow" links - like blog comments, forum spam, link spam - when most spammers look for links they want "do-follow" and are naively led to believe that this a benefit for them... and they come here and preach about link building - because it's easier to believe that they're beneficial - than to actually do onsite SEO & catch up with the times.

    Do Follow links means links which followed by search engines , with do-follow links your website gonna be fast listed in search engine on that keyword which you have an do-follow link. it' also help to improve page rank of your website.

    A 'do-follow' link allows 'link juice' to pass from one site to another. Some people 'no-follow' links on their site to try and stop link juice passing from their site to the ones they are linking to.

    dofollow links weigh more as compared to nofollow links - specially on Google, and dofollow links are the ones being counted to rate a site via PageRank

    You are talking about reciprocal/exchange links, and that is nothing to do with whether they are dofollow or not.

    There are basically 2 types of relation i) Do follow & ii) No follow

    i) Do follow: This relation basically tell search engine crawler(for e.g. Google Crawler) to follow the link. If you create a link and it shows relation as follow or me, then Google will visit your link.
    ii) No Follow: On the other hand, no follow attribute is opposite to do follow.

    There is not a dofollow attribute. All links are dofollow unless a nofollow attribute is used.
