Why is there light in the fridge and not in the freezer ?

    So canadians are lucky during winter seasons..Electricity bill will be lesser during winter since no freezer is required..that's fine..:)

    My freezer has a light in it too, just some models don't for some reason, I think older ones weren't made with lights in them.
