    There are a magnitude of ways, including paid PR links, blog posts, article submissions, etc. Scrapebox is also a very good shout, IF you research how to use it... don't just use the auto comment feature, the software can be used for so much better purposes than that.

    It is very hard to find out good property DoFollow blogs for getting good backlinks. You can try to post in blogs who allow guest post. It is really a very good technique of creating good quality backlink. You may also try this search engine(http://googlerankings.com/index.php) for finding DoFollow pages.
