I am sure they would love to... but they just can't. The thing is that Wupload did this before the BIG BOOM. Today all and any file @ FSC or any other filehosting company is considered stolen. So, logically, there should be no pay for theft. If they pay - they are dead.

it would be pathetic if filesonic doesn't make the last payment. it is also equally pathetic that they didn't make an announcement and are trying to get people to keep using their service in the dark. also ... do they really think they are safe just because they close their affiliate program? MU got busted because of all the money the MADE, which is what filesonic is still trying to do
thats just not true. you honestly think they are safe if they don't make a payment for 1 more week? after having made payments for what? 200 weeks in a row? this is calculated and its all shady, i'm done with all affiliates. They waited until almost the end of the week to shut down just to take advantage of their loyal customars for one last week of sales and thousands of their links being spread.
