I guess because they put them there, they feel they're owed some backing. Allies would lose face if it goes belly up. I think they decided it would be a good way to bring democracy to the ME.

Instead the ME people were probably fed lies by their leaders who didn't want to give up their power. Much of the hatred is based on bullsh*t imho. To you it might be amusing, but Israel has demolished 25000 homes in the last few decades and continues to do so. Its also confiscating land, building settlements on them, and stealing water resources, you'd be a fool not to resist such brutal Israeli aggression, whether you want to resists by throwing stones or rockets.

Besides these rockets do almost no damage, most of them hit empty land. They also come primarily from Gaza where Israel put the blockade, what Israel needs to do is stop the blockade and agree a truce with Hamas, its a myth that Hamas will not put down their weapons. But of-course deep down Israel does not want peace, it calls the Palestinian resistance terrorism and uses it as an excuse to continue with it nefarious agenda.

 

Again, I hate to ask the obvious question here, but if Israel wants rocket fire, why do you give it to them? Especially in consideration of your point that they do "almost no damage".


Regarding home bulldozing, I must admit, bulldozing the homes of the mothers of suicide bombers is an interesting tactic. I wonder how many less idiots have decided to strap a bomb to their chest, knowing that mom would be homeless after they kill themselves.

Any home can be demolished by Israel whenever it wants, it has nothing to do with suicide bombers.

Why do I give it to them? I don't. Hamas does, and I understand why they do it, they do it because the colonial settlers have put an illegal blockade on them.

Even in the West Bank where there is no blockade, you still have to resist in some form, or you risk losing your home, your village, your land or your life.

 

Pass a law in USA that in elections they cannot accept donations and both parties only get equal time on public service network and in the same time make a law that any politician that accepts bribe Will automatically get life sentence and support for Israel will disappear. Look at Nixon who was a know anti-Semite but still has to support Israel.

I do get a chuckle out of the ramshackle illegal and construction without permits that get's torn down. You guys could write the definitive book on how to build a ghetto. I notice the state of Israel has also been tearing down structures put up by Israelis on that front.

So your answer in essence is:

1) Israel wants to be shelled with rockets from Gaza
2) The rocket fire fire is highly ineffective and inaccurate
3) They do it to pay them back for the blockade that prevents more dangerous weapons from being brought into Gaza.

Since when does the blockade help from from weapons entering into Gaza, just recently 10,000 rockets entered Gaza from Libya. More are on the way from Egypt once the Muslim Brotherhood opens the border properly.

The illegal blockade was to ethnically cleanse Palestinians by starving them to death, that was the plan anyway.

I state the facts. The blockade does not stop weapons from coming into Gaza, they come through tunnels, so what does that make the blockade? Useless. These are the facts. And these facts don't win sympathy for the Zionists, it actually does the opposite.

 

We are pushing for that here. The surprising thing to me was this bloke's a Liberal (Republican) and it seems that Labor (Democrat) & the Greens are against it. Whether that's just opposition just for opposition or simply rhetoric is still to be worked out.
