Hi, i own the website called FPSWin.com and i would like to know how much the site is worth, thanks oh and here are some analytics for the month of december.
No earnings? Also what is the traffic history for the last six months? Is the content unique? Is the content auto pulled from other sources?
It's worth as much as someones willing to pay for it. I've seen people pay over $8000 for a brand new site with no traffic
That's just a stupid comment that doesn't answer this guy's question at all.. let alone even contribute to this topic.. Now.. to the OP... In some ways I hate seeing a question like this 'What is my site worth'.. not because it's a stupid question.. far from it, it isn't.. However, there is no way really to measure a site's worth as a 'general' rule to calculate it's worth.. As someone mentioned above, a website and/or a domain is worth however much someone who is likely to be interested in it is happy to pay... It's finding the right person in the first place. There could be someone out there who is looking to start up a business online in this niche and has $10,000 sat in the bank and thinks that by buying an already established site with a good number of visitors would be worth paying a good section of that 10k to you.. On the other hand, an opportunist may offer you $100 for it.... The 'REAL' value of a site is something only YOU can determine. There are many factors involved.. e.g. How long it took you to create and market, how much money you put in over the time it has been going, how rich or how skint you are?.. To you personally $300 may be loads of money.. to others it is a pittance... You need to think to yourself what would YOU be happy with to let it go... Hope that helps ;-)
You want to know the real value, post it for sale and see what buyers actually would offer for it. I've seen people that think their websites are worth $10,000+ in potential, but couldn't even find a buyer for $500.
The value of a website is what a buyer is willing, ready and able to pay for what a seller is willing to sell it for. I have several websites for sale at 3 months of revenue and they're not selling because the price (3 months) is too high. That gives you an idea...
