so what are the rates ? payments vis AlertPay? do you accept adult content which link to third-party ?
The min you will most likely see is over 0.10 cpm we can look into alertpay but we currently pay by direct deposit, paypal and check. We currently don't accept any sites with adult content.
you accept traffic from all countries ? and you should add a Terms of Service so people know what you allow and disallow. Don't be that ad network that pushes impressions on a website and when payment day comes around ... "oops we can't pay you b/c you broke our rules"
