Banned from Adsense

I won't go into a long song and dance - but my site is an organization that a bunch of people work on. One was responsible, after about a year on Adsense, for click fraud. Not having figured out this was the case. Appealed and got turned down. Once we found out what really happened, immediately dismissed this person from our partnership and made myriad other changes to protect agaibnst further occurences. But Adsense seems to to shut down after the first appeal and then just discard any further messages. Does anyone know how to leggitimately be reconsidered for Adsense. Not interested in any black hat tricks. Understand ASdsense's position, but we have made fundamental changes. Odd thing is that we emailed Adsense because we saw revenues piling up in both our regular account and a dormant one. So we emailed Adsense and then they banned us. Still don't understand how we were getting revenues in an account that wasn't active.

I don't know why everyone's account is getting ban every time. I'm from Pakistan (the country which Adsense hates most!) and my Adsense account is 1 years old and still safe!.

Maybe you guys are doing something wrong that's they decided to kick to yous ass!

There are two options and ways you can go.

First of all stop and never rely on ad sense or any ad network for a living. Its one of the most common mistake people make this days. There are a whole bunch of ways to make money online, try to mix them up, affiliate marketing, article writing, offering services like back links and more.

Secondly, you can head over to fiverr to get a gig setup a new ad sense account for you or you can do the job yourself by getting a new domain, new email (not free), IP, computer, and phone number.

You can do this from a safe place and only open it your adsense account from there, you can still run your new website from your old PC and IP but NOT Adsense.

I love forums and all those people who come in complaining about losing their adsense accounts.
And how to get them back, etc etc etc

And then all the ones who come up with ways to game the system to get a new adsense account.

Then again, losing that new account and posting about it.

    Move on..

If your business is built around making money only from one way, in this case adsense, you need to rethink your business real quick!

Unfortunalty from what I have heard once you are banned you are banned for life and G does is not bothered about explainations. They look on it as your account and your responsability

Adsense to me is a thing of the past...

I run a message forum (well several, haha)...

In a year, I made $70 off adsense and I did all the suggestion tips and tricks to make more revenue but that didn't work... So I decided that adsense just wasn't as cool as everyone said it was. I then relied on direct advertisers and in a month I made $80+ from two advertisers and nowadays, advertisers are paying my dedicated server and domain bills + giving me more to profit off of... Adsense to me? For the newbies ;) PASS!

Hi, Ehsan, please rethink before writing something, Google or Adsense do not hate any country including Pakistan. They are just strict on their program policies and your account is safe because you follow their policies. Issue is not related to any country.

Adsense is strict this days, make sure your blog or site doesn't have duplicated contents and your articles should be copyrighted to ensure that you are the owner of the contents.

If you were following Adsense, then I think you're a victim of click fraud.. Did you think about that?

Sadly once your account is gone then that's it, end of story, no amount of wall bashing or complaints will do anything. With regards to getting clicks on a dormant account you may well have just answered your own question as to why you got banned (Surprised no one else spotted it) - You are legally only allowed to have one account, indeed you only need one account so why have two? The minute you complained to them if you mentioned you were getting revenues on two accounts then you might as well have shot yourself in the head with a shotgun. Two accounts is a big no-no, if you were following adsenses policies you would have known this, sorry to be harsh but it's written there in black and white, you can't have two accounts, end of story! By doing so you broke their T&C's so even if your site has been changed beyond all recognition and you comply with all policies there is no chance of getting your account back.
Also many people on here who claim to reapply with different details fail to realise in doing so they are breaking the law, as its against the terms of the original agreement. Even if you get a new account you still won't be able to use adsense on your site, it will just show as blank spaces, and about 10-15 mins later you will be automatically banned again as soon as their software checks out your site.
Sorry none of this is good news but sorry to say the minute you got two accounts you broke their agreement, hence sympathy for you on here is not going to be high. Note applying for a second account when banned is actually classed as fraud, personally I think at some point Google will extradite someone to the USA to send a message out to other people and fraud in the USA can carry a 40 year term.

Developer did. But put in his name. Then closed it and set up new one with my name so there would never be more than one publisher account for the site. And only one under my name. But I was still bale to see money suddenly aaccrue to closed account because it was linked to analytics. Oh well, guess that's not how Google saw it. The account wasn't simply dormant. As far as I knew it was totally closed. But anyway, have other revue sources. Adsense was material, but never was relying on it as primary rev enue source. Also wish people woiuld stop suggesting tricky ways to get Adsense back. If I can't do it honetly I'd rather not participate.
