Buying newsletter for wordpress or independent script to integrate

I am looking for a newsletter plugin or independent script that can integrate into wordpress.

I need it set up so that I can select posts to be part of the newsletter, select user groups to send the newsletter to and send it.

I need to be able to create templates for the newsletters.

I need the newsletters archived separately so they can be viewed 'as is'

This can be done with existing scripts, custom scripts or wordpress plugins - I don't mind, but I need someone realiable who can communicate and get the job done

I think you should try Mailchimp, Feedburner, phplist etc. They are free!

Commercial solutions like http://www.interspire.com/emailmarketer/ can also do your job.

You can try with constant contract. It has many ready templates to use.

 

Constant Contact only has a plug-in that has very low feedback - as I said, I need someone to handle this, but thanks for the thoughts...
