Selling actualsanity.com - PR 2 site with good traffic

Actualsanity.com has already used 5 GB of its traffic allotment this month, and it is only a 69 kb page. Good investment for someone looking to develop the site or take it in another direction. Considering all reasonable offers - no lowballs. I will not sell this site for pennies since it is important to me personally.

I am also selling the full rights to the written content separately, if anyone is interested.

It depends what you want to buy. The domain alone, or the domain with the existing content. I'm taking offers on both. I prefer not to give a range because I might cheat myself.
