Can we withdraw money from Alertpay account to our Bank account?

    Hello Freaks12,

    Depending on where you are placed geographically, you will have the option of either initiating a Bank Wire withdrawal or a Bank Transfer withdrawal. Both will send the funds from your AlertPay account to your bank account.

    hi alertpay team,

    may i downgrade my business account to normal account?

    I pressed and completed the submittion of business account just now.

    what i want is retrieve bacK my normal account.

    i cant verify my account because i am from malaysia (malaysia banK is not supported)

    and i cant verity through credit card also.

    Please help.
