I'm looking for serious buyers ONLY. No low ballers - so this is not an auction, all negotiation will be done in private and via private offers. The site averaged $3,300/mo in pure profit over the last 6 months. So obviously offers need to be a healthy multiple of that number. And no tire kickers - URL, detailed site information, and traffic and revenue proofs will be provided only to serious buyers.

Few questions come out after reading this interesting description :

1- Why are you selling this site if it makes you earn so much per month ?

2- Your description doesnt provide the nature of your site (e.g custom cms, adult site, marketplace , etc)

3- Why not providing the url in free ? scared of something ? You would buy a car without seeing it ?

I'm just trying to understand your logic, because your description looks like a bit strange when you say that you are looking for serious buyers only , i mean except millionaires, everyone is serious when spending a large amount of money to buy something.

First rule of the marketplace is to show off atleast a url . It's very suspicious that you arent providing one, as you arent providing also the nature of the website. Sometimes, people arent only attracted by the profit, but also by the website in general. So my question would be "Is your site legal ?" and can you give an url for free ? . We All know several illegal websites which make alot of profits. If you can provide a url, then it will be less odd.
