We would need a bit more, can you open an affiliate ticket with a time, date and what link you tried to purchase from

hi, i already bought premium package through reseller that valid until 2012-06-28, why suddenly today with collaboration plan cause me to downgrade to free user again??? [Update] It's ok now, back to premium user again, i guess some1 fixed it, thx.

 

Is RU from Filepsot working good? I am getting 'broken plugin' error.
Also, if I have a site (the site is added into mine filesonic account to get 5% website sales) and I allow other people to post links, do I get site sales, if the premium is purchased from another user's link?

 

RU from filepost is currently not possible and filesonic is working on this issue. If you are the original uploader then always upload first to filesonic then remote upload to filepost as FS to FP RU is very fast and reliable.

 

Our team has been working on this - it has taken a bit longer than we would like but it will be fixed

My Qualifying Credits are calculating every 24 hour? or instantly?

p.s. i just want to know how good i'm working.. how many downloads i have every day.. because on PPS i don't know how many downloads i have..

 

100 downloads gives 1 credit. By noting the credits you can make a rough sketch of how many total downloads you got irrespective of affiliate plans.

In russian says that i can get 250 Mb collaboration space, in all other languages it only 100 Mb, and in my filemanager only 100 mb

 

Qualifying credits is calculate on the past 30 days, we don't calculate downloads for affiliate under PPS as it would add load on the system, load that we are using for upload and downloads at the moment

Hello shavesonic are downloads counted I'm losing cents !!

Also just uploaded a movie and it was deleted after 10 minutes LOL WTF is going on?!

Filesonic is will join Hotfile soon just a guess from how things are going..
