Work from Home: We need call center agents... (offshore only or US based).

    We are looking for offshore agents to handle incoming calls. We prefer someone people from El Salvador. However we are open to other locations as well. It all depends on how fluent you are in English. Please review the requirements below:

    Job Requirements:


    • Fluent in English
    • Headset Required
    • Skype
    • Ringcentral Call Controller (we will send this to you)
    • CRM (customer relationship management) experience

    Job Duties:


    • Cancelling out memberships
    • Saving the sale
    • Handling complaints
    • Issuing refunds
    • Working with CRM

    I am from Texas. I would prefer to work between the hours of 5 PM-10 PM On weekdays and on weekends I can work all day pretty much from 8 AM- 11 PM

    tdd1984 - just wondering if this is limited to the US or would you consider someone from the UK?

    Worked in various CS based roles - I'm currently a technical support engineer for a fruit company, but this work sounds ideal for free time.

    I speak English Obviously - Non accented voice.
